Morgan muss am Anfang viel Geld ausgeben. Sie repariert das Haus, wenn etwas kaputtgeht. Nach 30 Jahren hat Morgan ihren Immobilienkredit abbezahlt, und ihr Haus ist viel Geld wert. Sie hat das Haus für 400.000 Dollar gekauft. Nach 30 Jahren kann sie es für 1,3 Millionen verkaufen. Lisa zahlt jeden Monat Miete. Sie muss nicht für Reparaturen aufkommen. Sie spart Geld. Sie hat ein Rentenkonto. Nach 30 Jahren hat sie 900.000 Dollar an Miete gezahlt. Aber sie hat 500.000 auf ihrem Rentenkonto.

Letztendlich verdient Morgan durch den Kauf mehr Geld. Aber Lisa kann frei umziehen. Sie kann ihr Geld für Hobbys ausgeben, statt für ein Haus.
